An SJU junior describes her mental health journey. She recalls how her struggles have impacted her life from a young age. Her experience with receiving help has opened her eyes to the lack of knowledge people have about mental health. In order to silence the stigma, she hopes that carrying out open conversations can enable people to feel more comfortable when speaking up about themselves or a friend.
